Shipping Policy

Processing Time

    •    Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

    •    Shipping Rates: We offer free standard shipping on orders. 
    •    Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.


Order Tracking

    •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

    •    We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

    •    We are unable to ship to certain international destinations due to restrictions. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

Damages and Issues

    •    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Gigi and Jen is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier.
